I just got home from an early walk around the block. I should have worn a mask as some a-hole sneezed. Didn't give a damn.
My friend Marcy from California said walkers are required to wear masks.
The air quality here in the Philadelphia area is very good. Few people driving.
Scott has the garbage out already, reminding me today is Wednesday.
Gotta find something exciting to watch online after my oatmeal is ready.

In our support group, they are not doing well,

and therapists and I will wait with them
forever until all pain subsides.
