Help with my balance, thank you !!!

MaryKate, physical therapist was here this morning. She helped me with my balance. I introduced her to sister Ellen. She and I worked on my walking from heel to toe. Heel to toe. Later Ellen went to Giant and Wawa. She bought a big keg of Deer Park water as there is toxic stuff in the water from the old Navy Base. She also bought us fresh salads that she has coupons for. When did this all happen that I can't walk right. And I lean to the left.
