AFTER the Creative Writing Group, Ellen and I went to Silvio's in Hatboro PA. Mike and his wife are the new owners.

I had a spinach wrap with cranberry nut chicken salad which was fantastic. Wrote him a note telling him. 

Must inject a bit more insulin. 

Spent a couple of hours in bed reading WHISTLING PAST THE GRAVEYARD. 

Good Lord, it takes some shocking turns.

Monk is an American mystery comedy-drama television series created by Andy Breckman and starring Tony Shalhoub as Adrian Monk. It originally ran from 2002 to 2009 and is primarily a police procedural series, but also exhibits comic and dramatic tones in its exploration of the main characters' personal lives.
