LIKE A ROLLING STONE - A MEMOIR BY JANN S WENNER - HANGING UP BEATRIZ'S PAINTINGS - VISIT WITH DIABETES DOC

What a fine book this is. Now I can stop reading THE GOLDEN HOUSE by Salman Rushdie, which I have given a chance to like.

No dice.

500 pages long, we meet all kinds of celebs that The Rolling Stone magazine interviews. I came across the name Annie Liebowitz, a fabulous portrait artist, who was also the partner of Susan Sontag, the latter who died of cancer, I believe.

Scott hung up the three paintings I selected at Beatriz's BRIAR BUSH celebration.

Also this morning I met with Dr Arzeno, a diabetes specialist, who gave me a good report. He changed two things - take less insulin before meals - 5 units - and less Lantus, the long-acting.

I asked Arzeno if he likes his office. He does very much, he said. The staff is wonderful to work with.

Very hard to find a picture of Jann Wenner but I finally found this one. COPY LINK, the picture must say.

Watched a good film on Netflix called UP IN THE AIR with George Clooney. I thought it was on AMAZON PRIME but I couldn't find it on there.

When I eat my SCALLOPS DINNER shortly, I wanna watch another film OR perhaps Mahler's Fifth Symphony, anything but election results. I voted by mail last week.
