Description: Desiree Rumbaugh, co-author of Fearless After Fifty: How to Thrive with Grace, Grit and Yoga and creator of the DVD series "Yoga to the Rescue," shares how simple yoga and meditation practices can strengthen, protect and heal. Desiree has been practicing and teaching Anusara Yoga for over 30 years and has traveled the globe offering workshops and retreats. Having navigated the depths of grief after losing her 20-year-old son in 2003, Desiree credits her yoga and meditation practices as the life-support she relied upon to find her way back to a joyful life. Similar to the "do-it-yourself" mentality of home improvement or automobile maintenance, yoga and meditation have been tested over time and are scientifically proven to help humans achieve better overall health and happiness.
SCOTT and I set out LATE for our walk around Cowbell.
I tripped, figures, over a large bump in the sidewalk.
Then we went to his house to see his new parts for his Lionel Trains.
They were not expensive at all. What you wanna do is keep every single part running.
I really enjoyed watching his trains. The company he bought them from is called TRAINZ.
For dinner I had Dannon Yogurt Full Fat with freezing cold watermelon which hurt my teeth.
Then I crawled up the green carpet from Scott's basement as I was scared of falling.
Went home and watched Quincy, played by Jack Klugman. He had throat cancer which is why he had a raspy voice.
Jack Klugman (April 27, 1922 – December 24, 2012) was an American actor of stage, film, and television. Dead at age 90.
Not bad.
Twilight Zone. Always scary.
