Scott just ran over. I have never seen him so excited. His boss at SEPTA, southeastern pennsylvania transit authority, emailed him papers to retire on January 1, 2021.
He needed white paper to fill out a questionnaire.
He knew right where it was in my upstairs office and helped himself.
