Sarah came to town to accompany me to my doctor appt at Einstein. Scott drove us and also sat in.
We added dried cranberries to our coleslaw. Our dinner guests -- Ada and Rich Fleisher -- loved it. Sarah sauteed haddock in cornmeal and special breadcrumbs and served it w/a cool-as-cucumber sauce. Our next-door neighbor McKayla, who just graduated 5th grade, came over to help us prepare the meal. She has an adventurous palette & had never eaten mushrooms cuz her mom is allergic to them. She had her first taste with us and is still alive.
