Dinner: Salad in beautiful wooden bowls, Ham, fennel, and boiled potato. Dessert: Rhubarb-strawberry pie from Trader Joe's. What a time I had controlling myself to stop eating after the third slice.

I stopped drinking alcohol when I went on lithium. Didn't miss it at all. Tonite, at table, I got a very pleasant buzz from the dessert wine - a port -  and am contemplating becoming an alcoholic.
